Shipping and Delivery
Cordial gifts will ship from Montreal in 1-2 business days after purchase. Gifts are estimated to arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on location.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this point. We take extreme care to be sure your gift arrives looking beautiful. If something arrives damaged or there is a problem please email cordialgiftco@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
Ordering Plants
Live plants can be added to orders depending on availability.
We are only able to add plants to local orders at this time.
Air plants can be added and shipped, but only between May and October due to winter temperatures.
